1. ACCEPTANCE

The sageporn website may also contain certain links to third party websites which are in no way owned or controlled by sageporn. sageporn assumes no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, practices of any and all third party websites.
sageporn.com is for your personal use and shall not be used for any commercial endeavor except those specifically endorsed or approved by sageporn.com.

7. ASSIGNMENT
This Agreement, and any rights and licenses granted hereunder, may not be transferred or assigned by you, but may be assigned by sageporn without restriction.
8. GENERAL
You agree that no joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship exists between you and sageporn as a result of this agreement or use of the sageporn website. This agreement, accepted upon use of the website, contains the entire agreement between you and sageporn regarding the use of the website. If any provision of this agreement is held invalid, the remainder of this agreement shall continue in full force and effect.
